5. Subscription and Payment

We offer a 7-day free trial of FilesNanny. During the trial period, you have access to all features of the software.

5.2 Payment for License

After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payment for license is charged in advance and are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

FilesNanny and all related intellectual property rights are owned by Hebei Xiong'an Doer Technology Co.,Ltd. The software is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Software "As Is"

FilesNanny is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of FilesNanny at any time by uninstalling the software.

10.2 Termination by Us

Due to the nature of the software protecting your data, we are not in connection with this software at all except when you activate the license. That means we are not able to terminate your access to the software.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use FilesNanny ceases immediately. You must uninstall the software and cease all use of our services.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update FilesNanny from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may also modify these Terms, and your continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of Xiong'an New Area, Hebei Province, China.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
